Part Time Dentist required to work with a busy, privately owned dental practice in Sydney’s southern suburbs. 

Our practice offers all aspects of general dental treatments as well as Implants, Orthodontics (including Invisalign), Cosmetic dentistry, Crown & Bridge, RCT and Periodontics. Our team is comprised of a principal dentist/owner and two associate dentists who work together as a team to provide our patients with a full range of dental services.

We are seeking a Dentist who is experienced with comprehensive treatment planning, complex rehabilitation and advanced dentistry including Dental Implants (All On 4).

Cases often include implants, crowns, bridges, perio treatment and sometimes orthodontics. The principal dentist does not do implants but can do the initial perio restorative work and design the case and then involve the dentist who will do the implants and bone grafting and soft tissue grafting etc., therefore, as a team, providing a full in-house service.  

We are looking for someone who goes the extra mile for their patients and has excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively and looking for a long-term role.

The principal/owner allows the associate dentists to fill their appointment books ahead of her own books and doesn’t take any treatments away from the dentists. We refer to each other when required in a collaborative manner or do internal consultation to achieve the best outcomes for our patients. We are Larkin Protocol trained.

Candidates will need to be able to provide a portfolio of cases at interview.

The successful candidate will need to work under their own company name. Remuneration will be % based and will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

Ideally you would be experienced with Cerec and, have completed digital smile design courses and be experienced in full mouth reconstruction.
