Part Time Dentist required to work Fridays with an established, privately owned general practice.

We are seeking a friendly dentist who is confident, keen and caring. You must be a passionate dentist offering great service and skills with great communication skills. Experience working as sole operator is essential.

We offer all aspect of general dentistry, including surgical extractions and Invisalign treatment; experience in these treatments would be favoured but not essential.

Must be able to work independently, honestly and with staff that see you as the leader. Able to treatment plan efficiently and communicate options clearly to patients.

You have a recognised Bachelor's Degree in Dental Science or DDS, a current AHPRA registration with current radiography licence and professional indemnity insurance. 

We are an established, reputable family dental clinic with modern technology including digital radiographs, rotary NiTi an Itero scanner for invisalign and crown and bridge work and an in-house OPG machine, and allied health services at your possession.

Our team of experienced dentists and dental assistants are passionate about dentistry and we all work together as a team to provide genuine, honest and friendly dental treatment for all ages.

A Full Time position has become available with an established, privately owned general dental practice north of Melbourne.

The successful candidate will step in to existing books, taking over from the current full time dentist. 

Suitable candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and comfortable working as a solo practitioner.

You will, however, have the support of experienced colleagues at our other larger, 10 surgery practice. That practice also has visiting specialists in Oral Surgery and Endodontics. Our practice sees a lot of kids and families. 

Experience in all aspects of general dentistry required, along with a kind, outgoing personality suited to treating a friendly, country community where you will have the opportunity to further build on the existing patient base and grow this into the practice that you want it to be.

Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, leaving your weekends free to explore and enjoy the many attractions of this beautiful region of Victoria synonymous with its reputation for fresh local produce, gourmet food and superb wineries. The practice is very well situated amongst various retail shops and businesses and provides a stylish, welcoming environment. Currently we have two treatment rooms which are modern and well equipped; with plans to expand to include a third surgery to accommodate the needs of our increasing patient base.

Applications are invited from Dentists with all levels of experience including new Graduates. The principal/owner is happy to provide mentorship.

We are a busy 5 chair practice located in a shopping centre with high visibility and large amount of foot traffic. Our practice is modern, clean and well managed. 

Our surgeries are fitted with Adec 500 chairs, OPG, CBCT, Digital X rays, Intraoral camera, Canon SLR Extraoral Camera, Laser, Cerec Primescan, Implant equipment and some orthodontic equipment available. We run Exact practice management software, Romexis & Sidexis imaging software.

We cover all aspects of general dentistry and applicants should be proficient in a wide range of general dental treatment services. We focus on a friendly atmosphere and applicants should possess good interpersonal skills.
