Busy general practice in the heart of Geelong is looking for an Experienced Dentist for 3 days per week. The position is to take over an existing role from a leaving dentist.

We are a busy, 20 year long established general dental practice in the heart of Geelong CBD.

This bright, modern practice requires a reliable dentist to join their friendly, professional team.

The position is open to experienced dentists with at least 5 years’ experience.

Must have an outgoing, engaging personality, very good relationship building skills and sound clinical skills. The successful candidate will need to be a friendly team player as this is a workplace with a close-knit team and patients who appreciate the high quality care that we take pride in providing.

The practice has a well-established dental hygiene program and orthodontic department and is in a large, spacious premises renovated with 7 surgeries across 2 floors, interview room, OPG and CBCT machine on-site, private office, staff lunch room etc.

Our dental chairs are all ambidextrous, have recently been upgraded and therefore suitable for both left and right-handed dentists.  Each dentist also has access to their own digital scanner.

Applicants must hold, or be eligible to hold, current AHPRA registration.

We can offer ongoing mentorship and training to grow in all aspects of general dentistry.

Our friendly, professional team is currently comprised of the principal dentist/owner, 3 associate dentists and efficient, well trained nursing and front office staff. Our practice prides itself of maintaining a high standard of care to our patients in a relaxed, friendly and welcoming manner.

Remuneration will be 40% commission. Earning potential of up to $450K per annum commission on full time (contractor basis). Previous new graduates were taking $30K to $35K per month on ABN.

Up to $3000 relocation allowance (full time, prorated for part time)

An experienced Dentist is required to take over an existing role from a long standing dentist who is moving on.

The successful applicant will be working with an established patient base and across two inner Melbourne locations with spacious rooms and up to date systems and technology.

To be considered for this role candidates are required to have 5 years’ experience (or more), in cosmetic dentistry. You will need to have the skills to do beautiful composite as well as porcelain restorations. Ideally you would be experienced with Cerec and, have completed digital smile design courses and be experienced in full mouth reconstruction.

A portfolio of good photography will be required.

Impeccable interpersonal qualities and an interest in continuing education are required for this position.
