This is a modern dental practice built on the reputation of its current owner, who has worked in Toowoomba since 1995. The practice has a strong preventive dentistry approach employing two Oral Hygiene Therapists who run the regular active maintenance and prevention program. The Oral Hygiene Therapists, who both have their advanced scope, currently treat all the children and young adults within the practice and carry out simple restorative procedures for all ages, allowing the Principal Dentist to concentrate on the rehabilitative side of the practice to provide holistic care for our patients.

The Practice is looking for a dentist who wishes to establish themselves in a thriving and loyal community; who is passionate about dentistry and patient care; holds themselves with high regard in a peer review setting; can work in a multidisciplinary setting with other professionals, to provide the best care for their patients; and who would eventually like to own their own dental practice. 

The successful applicant would be well supported by an experienced dentist across all facets of dentistry; a fantastic Practice Manager who looks after all the auxiliary staff within the practice; a wonderful team of auxiliary staff; an excellent referral base of dental specialists with whom the current Principal has an ongoing collaborative working relationship. 

Dentist Must Haves: 

Bachelor Degree in Dentistry 
AHPRA Registration (Dental Board of Australia)

High billing position can comfortably bill $1M (+) per year, for an experienced dentist.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to hit the ground running and has aspirations to excel in dentistry.

We consistently carry out simple to advanced Implant surgery, smile makeovers and complex wisdom teeth removal. The clinic is equipped with Rotary Endo, HD Intraoral cameras, OPG and Cerec.

There will be mentoring and shadowing available in 8’s removal, Implants, and grafting as well as patient communication and case acceptance.

We have paid for our associates to do either an implant course or ortho course to be able to start doing simple to moderately difficult cases and we will do the same for the new dentist that joins our team.
